Order Information
- All orders placed before 2pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) will ship on the same day.
- All orders will ship within 3 standard business days (not including weekends).
- Orders that are $100 or more qualify for free shipping.
The Return Process
When returning something, please follow these guidelines:
- Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the items original ship-date.
- Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. (Ex. Polybags that product(s) arrived in.)
- Please provide a copy of the order invoice.
- Once your returned item has been processed at our warehouse, you will receive a full refund.
- Depending on your bank of choice, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to show back on your account.
Exchanges
Love your purchase but need it in a different size? We're happy to exchange it if we still have the item in stock. We'll ship you your new item right away–but we'll have to charge you for it. If the item is not available in your size you will receive a full refund for your purchase. Any Limited Edition Items or Sale/Discounts items are final sale and no returns are allowed. If an exchange is requested for an alternative product, the same procedure above will take place.
